Geek Club

The Carnegie Geek Club is a place where kids can go to talk about school, life, etc. and meet new friends that can relate to Comics, Anime, Manga, Movies, Harry Potter, Star Wars, Steampunk, or anything else!

We visit the Long Beach Comic Con twice a year. Tickets to this event are around $20, but they do include kids discounts. We encourage our members to go and dress up to have fun!

We have two potlucks: near Christmas and near the End of the Year.

Finally, we have a field trip during school hours to Little Tokyo in Downtown Los Angeles. To be able to participate, students must attend 80% of the meetings and not have any U's in Cooperation from any teacher.
